Providing Personalised Care When, and How You Need It

PERSONAL CARE

At Rosehill care, we offer professional and reliable Personal Care services to all our patients.  We take all your specific needs and requests into consideration to guarantee personalised attention by our licensed carers in the areas of:

​

  • Getting out of bed in the morning

  • Washing and dressing

  • Shaving, grooming, hair, nails, and aesthetic maintenance 

  • Toileting

  • Food, drink, and nutrition

  • Medication collection and administration

  • Getting settled in the evening for bed

HOUSEHOLD & DOMESTIC

Differing slightly from Personal Care, at Rosehill Care, Household & Domestic services involve the performance of day-to-day tasks that you may need a helping hand with such as:

  • Cleaning (including putting on clean bedsheets)

  • Doing the washing up

  • Cleaning the bathroom and kitchen

  • Doing the laundry and ironing

  • Gardening

  • Assisting with pet care

  • Grocery shopping and organisation

This service may be needed in addition to Personal Care.

COMPANIONSHIP & SOCIAL SUPPORT

Social support is one of our most prized services at Rosehill Care, as we know that maintaining social contact is one of the important factors that play a major role in the continued wellbeing of the aged. Our carers are on hand at any time to provide social support in the following:

  • Guided outings and chaperoning

  • Escort to appointments

  • Accompaniment to social events; shopping, the theatre, or the cinema

  • Participating in hobbies & crafts

  • Booking and attending restaurants for lunch or dinner

  • Planning outings and day trips or travel

  • Collection of pensions

  • Visiting family and friends

  • Daily companionship and conversation

RESPITE CARE

At Rosehill Care, we understand how important it is for carers to also take some time for themselves, so we offer our respite care service to all. This care service provides primary carers with short-term, temporary relief, giving them a chance to care for themselves whilst we look after their loved ones.

  • We take the time to learn your routine prior to planning a program of care visits.

  • Care can be organised for a few hours a week, to weeks at a time, or a full transition onto one of our additional services such as full-time personal care, or live in.

  • It's a chance for carers to take a well-earned break and loved ones to meet a new and friendly face.

LIVE-IN CARE

Our 24-Hour 'Live-In' Care service allows the provision of one-to-one, round the clock care within your home, this enables us to respond quickly to any emergency or problem that requires immediate attention. At Rosehill care, much like our hourly home care services, we provide our Live-In clients with unrivalled, high-quality care and support, with the peace of mind that care is always available when needed.

With a live-in carer, Rosehill Care will personally vet a highly trained, trustworthy and qualified carer to live with you and provide expert care and support across a range of personal, domestic and healthcare tasks to help you feel comfortable and independent at home.
